Job Description
We are looking for a talented and self-driven Software Developer / Engineer to join our dynamic technology team at Dentsu under the Merkle brand. This role involves working on software feature development, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to the company's performance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage project components with a broad technical perspective
- Engage in client and partner communication when required
- Follow and contribute to the company’s release and development processes
- Analyze requirements and participate in software development, unit testing, and documentation
- Write high-quality, maintainable code tailored to customer needs and specific configurations
- Troubleshoot and debug software, with support from senior engineers when needed
- Mentor junior engineers and support their growth through technical guidance
- Conduct internal training sessions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Gain deeper understanding of the company's platforms and suggest potential improvements
