Role Overview
As a Decision Analytics Associate, you will partner with clients to design and implement advanced analytical solutions that address complex business challenges. You will leverage statistical modeling, data visualization, and problem-solving techniques to inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business issues.
- Utilize analytic techniques to guide both client and internal team decisions.
- Design custom analyses using tools such as R, Tableau, SAS, VBA, and Excel.
- Present findings and recommendations through clear oral and written communication.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on project aspects.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
- Create deliverables and implement solutions that meet client needs.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to skill development within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics, or engineering.
- Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or R.
- Experience with tools/platforms like Hadoop ecosystem and database systems.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams with a client-first approach.
