Role Overview
As a Decision Analytics Associate, you will work within the Insights & Analytics group to solve diverse business challenges through advanced data analysis and problem-solving techniques. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop models, conduct research, and present actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address complex business problems.
- Leverage data-driven techniques to guide decision-making for clients and internal teams.
- Design and execute custom analyses using tools such as R, Tableau, SAS, VBA, and Excel.
- Communicate findings effectively through presentations and reports.
- Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for project aspects.
- Monitor project progress, create deliverables, and implement solutions.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to capability development at ZS.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics, or engineering.
- 0–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, R).
- Experience with analytic tools and platforms such as SAS, Tableau, VBA, or Hadoop ecosystem.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
