Job Description
The EPM Tier-1 (Junior) Associate will provide first-level support for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. The role includes monitoring application health, ticket triaging, handling routine support requests, and assisting with daily production support activities.
The associate will undergo structured training and gradually take ownership of recurring operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Monitor EPM applications and scheduled jobs.
- Perform ticket triaging and escalate incidents based on priority and severity.
- Handle recurring support requests by following documented procedures.
- Execute routine operational and maintenance activities.
- Carry out initial troubleshooting and basic root cause analysis.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier-2 or Tier-3 support teams.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation.
- Follow SLAs, operational standards, and support processes.
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to improve functional and technical understanding.
- Contribute to runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Support production deployments and post-deployment validation when needed.
Additional Requirements
- Must be open to working night shifts for one to two weeks in a month.
- Role requires working from the office.
