Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in South Delhi. In this role, you will analyze platform data, user behavior, hiring trends, and campaign performance to deliver actionable insights that support decision-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze datasets from internal tools and platforms.
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and visualization tools such as Metabase.
- Identify trends and patterns to inform business and hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide data insights.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Support special projects including hiring campaigns and hackathons.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and assist in market intelligence efforts.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a plus.
- Attention to detail and effective time management.
- Clear communication skills to present data findings.
- Prior experience in data or analytics roles is advantageous.
