Role Overview
The Analyst I - Data role involves performing detailed data analysis to generate insights that aid in strategic and profitable decision-making. The position supports the delivery of business intelligence solutions and prioritizes reporting needs across various process areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns for business improvement.
- Develop dashboards and visual representations of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Support business intelligence solution deployment to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess reporting needs and recommend enhanced solutions.
- Define data management standards and processes for effective reporting lifecycle management.
- Assist with project cash flow projections and establish tools for measuring performance against metrics.
- Interpret diagnostic survey responses to guide strategic planning.
- Validate data accuracy, process audit reports, and suggest corrective measures.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify data inconsistencies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Certifications
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification
- Tableau Certification
Experience
0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare data analytics or business intelligence.
