Role Overview
As an Associate Data Analyst, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that accelerate business outcomes and improve patient care. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, deliver high-quality reports, and develop scalable data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer insights into strategic guidance for decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver recurring analytics reports with precision and timeliness.
- Maintain quality standards and turnaround times as per agreed SLAs.
- Evaluate and adopt new quantitative methods and technologies.
- Support deployment of analytics capabilities across teams.
- Promote continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration.
- Integrate analytical work across functions to align with enterprise priorities.
- Monitor industry advancements for potential adoption.
- Source, validate, and integrate data from multiple platforms.
- Communicate findings effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Recommend actions based on analysis and quantify business impact.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in delivering analytics reports and maintaining SLAs.
- Understanding of key datasets and modeling capabilities.
- Ability to integrate work across functions and monitor external trends.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Azure.
- Experience with pharma or healthcare datasets.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Work Environment
We operate on a hybrid model, with an average of three days per week in the office, balancing flexibility with collaboration.
