Role Overview

As an Associate Data Analyst, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that accelerate business outcomes and improve patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer insights into strategic guidance for decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver recurring analytics reports with precision and timeliness.
• Maintain quality standards and turnaround times as per agreed SLAs.
• Evaluate and adopt new quantitative methods and technologies.
• Support deployment of analytics capabilities across teams.
• Promote continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration.
• Integrate analytical work across functions to align with enterprise priorities.
• Monitor industry advancements for potential adoption.
• Source, validate, and integrate data from multiple platforms.
• Communicate findings effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in delivering analytics reports and maintaining SLAs.
• Understanding of key datasets and modeling capabilities.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Azure.
• Experience with pharma or healthcare datasets.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
