Role Overview
As a Data Analyst Intern, you will support the collection, processing, and analysis of data to drive strategic business decisions. This internship offers a comprehensive introduction to data analysis methods and tools, making it ideal for aspiring data science or analytics professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and cleaning large datasets from various sources
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present insights
- Collaborate with team members to define data requirements
- Document analysis processes and methodologies
- Participate in meetings and provide data-driven recommendations
- Manage logistics activities for the EMC Laboratory, including inward/outward processing, technical documentation, and coordination with the central logistics team
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Python, AI, Data Visualization, Statistical Analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Time management and task prioritization
- Familiarity with cloud database design and optimization, machine learning, generative AI development, and data visualization
