Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience in a customer support BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support and act as a Client Service Representative.
- Handle email communications and articulate requirements clearly.
- Respond to different types of customer responses with adaptability and customer orientation.
- Work scheduled shifts as required.
Qualifications
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support BPO is preferred.
- Good customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Email handling skills, able to articulate requirements and coherent in communication.
- Familiarity with computer systems and basic user experience.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of responses from the customer.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies in any UG degree.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts.
- Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client.
- Skills in MS Excel basics and MS Word.
