Overview:
Cornerstone is looking for a Junior Engineer Intern to develop and deliver scalable solutions for some of the largest global organizations. This role offers hands-on experience in backend development, test automation, and quality engineering while collaborating with developers and product teams. You will work under a Quality Engineering (QE) Lead and contribute to testing cycles, automation frameworks, and product functionality enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Quality Engineering team on Saba People Cloud product testing
- Receive training on product functionality, test automation, and TestLink
- Assist in test execution, automation, and validation of software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Utilize web services and API testing to improve software quality
Qualifications & Skills:
- Required: Strong object-oriented programming knowledge (preferably Java), basic web development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and understanding of test automation frameworks
- Preferred: Experience with Selenium, Silk, API testing, and scripting languages
- Bonus: Testing certification is a plus
Education Requirement: B.E/B.Tech/MCA (Freshers)
