Job Overview
Oracle is seeking a Content Manager - I to support its HQMS by implementing and maintaining compliant documentation, quality, and content management processes. This role involves close collaboration with Quality, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure controlled documentation is created, maintained, and approved according to established quality standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HQMS document control activities including creation, review coordination, version control, archival, and controlled distribution of Level 1–3 documents.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and traceable records within the document management system.
- Monitor document lifecycle activities and follow up with stakeholders for timely reviews, approvals, and updates.
- Support audit readiness by organizing, retrieving, and validating controlled documentation.
- Assist in implementing standardized processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in documentation and escalate appropriately.
- Provide guidance on documentation standards, templates, and approval workflows.
- Ensure proper maintenance of document metadata and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate internal and external audits.
