Spec Analytics Analyst

The Spec Analytics Analyst is an entry-level professional role focused on monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating data and processes. The role involves identifying policy gaps, interpreting information, and supporting recommendations related to business practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work with large and complex internal and external data sets to evaluate and support business strategies.
• Identify and compile datasets using tools such as SQL and Access to measure and improve business outcomes.
• Document data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory analysis activities.
• Use statistical models, algorithms, and visualization methods where required.
• Support analytics initiatives across areas such as marketing, risk, digital, and AML.
• Interpret data findings, identify inconsistencies, and recommend process or policy improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and risk management practices.

Qualifications
