Responsibilities

• Work with large and complex internal and external data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support business strategies.

• Document data requirements, perform data collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory analysis.
• Use statistical models, algorithms, and visualization techniques where required.
• Support analytics initiatives across areas such as marketing, risk, digital, and AML.
• Identify inconsistencies in data and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, or practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and ethical standards while managing risk appropriately.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to retrieve and manipulate data effectively.
• Understanding of quantitative and analytical methods.
• Experience working in a quantitative field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s or University degree, or equivalent experience.
