Overview
The CitiConnect Support Specialist works with the Customer Service team to provide clients with issue resolution and technical assistance. The role focuses on addressing external client concerns related to CitiConnect Files and API services while delivering consistent customer service support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for CitiConnect for Files and API applications.
- Investigate cases escalated by clients and internal client-facing teams, and drive them through to resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues or trends.
- Follow departmental standards for email etiquette and client communication.
- Encourage client participation in the Voice of Client survey, which measures satisfaction with services delivered.
- Adhere to corporate policies, operational practices, and regulatory or audit requirements.
- Offer guidance that helps clients understand and adopt Citi’s digital product capabilities, using best practices to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with SWIFT, API integrations, Host-to-Host connectivity, and ISO20022 XML is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Clear written and spoken English communication.
- Demonstrated analytical and investigative abilities.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and influence improvements.
- Capability to work both independently and within a team environment.
