Business Analytics Analyst

This role is part of the business analytics function and focuses on monitoring, assessing, and evaluating processes and data. The analyst applies domain knowledge to interpret information, identify inconsistencies, and recommend improvements to business policies, procedures, and practices.

The position involves working with cross-functional teams, understanding industry practices, and contributing to business objectives through high-quality analysis and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Collect operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to review historical business performance.
• Identify data trends and patterns, and provide insights that support business planning, process improvements, and solution evaluation.
• Recommend actions for future development opportunities and operational policy enhancements.
• Participate in exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analysis activities.
• Convert data into customer and consumer behavior insights to support targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Present findings clearly to business partners and senior leadership teams.
• Improve processes and strategies by evaluating new data sources, tools, and analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build, implement, monitor, and enhance decision strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and ethical standards while managing business risks appropriately.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in verbal and written form.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
