Meet the Team

Join Cisco's Preboarding Administration and Candidate Experience (PACE) team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Trainee. In this role, you will gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while working within a global HR environment. You will collaborate with talent advisors, business stakeholders, asset management teams, and external candidates to understand how recruitment operations function at scale.

The position also offers opportunities to build both behavioral and technical capabilities, including presentation skills, Excel proficiency, and practical exposure to AI-driven tools used in recruitment processes.

• Handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Take initiative by supporting the team with additional assignments when needed.
• Learn to apply AI-driven insights to help address operational or technical challenges in daily recruitment activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed a 3-year non-engineering degree such as B.Com, BBA, BA, or BBM.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 and possess a provisional degree certificate.
• Available for a 12-month apprenticeship beginning in September 2026.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Registered as a student on the NATS portal with a valid enrollment number.
