The Customer Engagement and Experience function collaborates with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and engineering teams to deliver a consistent customer experience throughout the lifecycle. Within solution delivery and technical execution, the engineer helps design, deploy, optimize, migrate, and troubleshoot security solutions that extend Cisco technologies and integrate with customer environments and third-party platforms. The role contributes to proactive issue resolution, supports both Cisco and partner technologies, and applies security frameworks, threat models, and regulatory standards to help customers build scalable and policy-aligned architectures.
An entry level security certification such as Cisco CyberOps Associate or CompTIA Security+ is required.
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with no prior experience.
