Meet the Team

Join Cisco's Marketing team and work in a collaborative environment alongside segment and product marketing groups. As a Marketing Trainee, you will gain exposure to different marketing functions across Cisco, including digital marketing initiatives and event management activities.

This one-year training program provides an opportunity to develop B2B marketing capabilities while working with experienced professionals in a culture focused on communication, innovation, and continuous learning.

Your Impact

• Track and forecast marketing and sales trends, monitor industry statistics, and stay informed about emerging patterns.
• Gather data on market competitors including pricing, product sales, campaigns, and marketing or distribution strategies.
• Stay updated on effective marketing techniques and tools used for campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with analyzing marketing data such as campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic to support future marketing strategy decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed a three-year non-engineering degree such as B.Com, BBA, BA, or BBM.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a provisional degree certificate.
• Available for a 12-month training period starting September 2026.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Registered as a student on the NATS portal and possess a valid student enrollment number.
