Meet the Team

You will join Cisco's Finance team in Bangalore, working closely with professionals from the Center of Excellence and CX Finance teams. The environment emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and learning alongside experienced colleagues.

Your Impact

As a Finance Analyst Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to financial analysis and reporting activities. Responsibilities include building dashboards, understanding Cisco's business operations, supporting the month-end close process, and assisting with the consolidation of statutory accounts.

This is a 12‑month apprenticeship program that combines on-the-job experience with classroom-based training. Participants will also get exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI and FinBO.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong interest in finance and motivation to build a career in this field.
• Good numerical ability with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounts or Finance with no active backlogs.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC).
• Availability for a 12‑month program starting in September 2026.
