Your Impact

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will begin a learning journey within Cisco's Global Supply Chain through an apprenticeship program. The role provides hands-on exposure and mentorship while contributing to real projects across procurement, logistics, and planning.

Working with experienced mentors, you will develop capabilities in process analysis, data-driven decision making, and solution prototyping in a sandbox environment. The position focuses on understanding operational complexities and building the skills needed to become a data-focused analyst supporting Cisco's supply chain operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong interest in learning how to map business processes, identify gaps, and recognize opportunities for improvement.
• Willingness to work with large datasets and apply business context to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Interest in presenting analytical findings and insights in a structured and persuasive manner that supports data-driven decisions.
• Basic exposure to tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint, with an opportunity to prototype and test solutions in a controlled environment.
• Interest in collaborating with functional owners to understand how data moves through systems and how metrics support operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma such as B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., or BCA from any specialization.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and teamwork.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.
• Registered as a student on the NATS portal and holding a valid student enrollment number issued by NATS.
