Associate Solutions Engineer (Full Time) – India Sales UHR

Training for the program will begin in Singapore, followed by placement in India during the second year.
Meet the Team
You will train with a diverse cohort from across the APJC region, building professional connections while developing technical and customer-facing skills. The program includes AI-based customer simulations, mentorship, and practical on-the-job learning activities.
You will work alongside Cisco Associate Sales Representatives to deliver technical solutions that support business outcomes. The role provides exposure to Collaboration, Security, Networking, and Cloud technologies while helping bridge technical requirements with business value.
Participants are paired with mentors who are CSAP alumni and receive support from industry experts and coaches. The program also offers opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications and prepare for technical sales careers within Cisco.
Your Impact
The CSAP Graduate Program is a 12-month accelerator designed to develop future technical sales professionals through education, exposure, and hands-on experience.
- Months 1–3: Intensive bootcamp training and foundational technical learning
- Months 3–12: Three rotational assignments focused on real-world technical sales experience
- Beyond 12 months: Transition into a Solutions Engineer role focused on discovering, demonstrating, and designing customer solutions
The learning model emphasizes practical, coached experience within a collaborative cohort environment.
As part of Cisco’s AI-first approach, Associate Solutions Engineers will build AI capabilities using advanced learning platforms and artificial intelligence tools to improve technical solution design and strategic decision-making. High-performing participants may progress into advanced technical roles through competency-based checkpoints.
After successful completion of the Early In Career program, candidates will join the Global Virtual Engineering (GVE) team. The GVE organization supports customers, partners, and internal teams through software and solutions engineering services focused on solving complex technical challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, STEAM, or equivalent technical background
- Non-traditional candidates with technical certifications, home labs, or side projects are also encouraged to apply
- Fluency in English and the primary language of the hiring country
- Authorization to work in the country of hire without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in networking, software development, and AI-driven engineering processes
- Knowledge of Java or Python
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex technologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix-based organization
- Confident presentation and communication skills for technical discussions
