Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify problems, opportunities, or initiatives where analytics models can provide insights and support solution development.
• Design and develop analytics models to address complex business problems, uncover insights, and identify opportunities using a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Transform data into actionable insights with clear scenario analysis and defined business impact and execution plans.
• Work with team members to include relevant data for machine learning models, identify proxy data sources, and design analytics solutions considering infrastructure, security, and data load requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and build moderately complex analytic algorithms.
• Model and frame business scenarios that influence critical processes and decision making.
• Partner with subject matter experts to choose appropriate data sources and translate business requirements into semantic, conceptual, logical, or physical data models.
• Perform data profiling and preventive checks to improve data quality while using technology to extract and analyze raw datasets.
• Identify opportunities and assist in building automated solutions that enhance enterprise data quality.
• Code, test, debug, and document programs while improving existing systems to ensure production data processing meets user requirements.
• Develop specifications for customer and user-specific reports including network exclusions, special conditions, and custom data elements.
• Address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions within data science and machine learning domains.

Work Experience

0 to 2 years of relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field. Experience in healthcare data analytics is considered beneficial.

Preferred Certifications

• Advanced Data Analytics certifications.
• SAS Statistical Business Analyst Professional Certification.
