Overview:

Capital One is looking for a Software Engineering Intern to join DataLabs, Capital One India. This role involves developing scalable software solutions, working on AWS cloud-based applications, and implementing modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
• Develop and deploy applications in AWS cloud environments
• Work with Java, Python, SQL, NoSQL, Angular, TypeScript, and AWS services
• Utilize TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices
• Explore Big Data technologies (Spark, Scala) and Machine Learning
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Knowledge of Spring Boot, relational databases, and messaging queues (optional)

Education Requirement: Degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science (in progress or completed)
