Overview
Join our team as a Capital Market Workforce Team Member, where you will be responsible for performing cash and position reconciliation for syndicated and non-syndicated loan deals, with a focus on CLO and CDO transactions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed cash breaks investigations to identify discrepancies and exceptions.
- Collaborating effectively with Agent Banks, Clients, and internal teams to resolve exceptions and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Utilizing systems like Solva, Global Cash Manager (GCM), and GRX platforms for transaction processing and reconciliation.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of investigation processes, findings, and outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and internal policies related to loan processing.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in reconciliation and exception handling processes.
- Preparing periodic reports on reconciliation status, exceptions, and resolution progress.
