Job Overview

TransUnion is seeking a skilled and motivated C++ Developer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role involves working both remotely and on-site for a minimum of two days a week at one of our offices in Bengaluru or Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop C/C++ programs on Unix and Windows environments based on specifications and design documents.
• Create detailed program specifications from functional documentation.
• Design and execute test scenarios for verification and validation purposes.
• Follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes for development, QA, and audit activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies to clarify and understand requirements.
• Utilize strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in C and C++ programming.
• Proficiency in developing on Unix and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the credit industry.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as GIT and Maven.
• Knowledge of Python, R, Java, or Ab Initio.

Work Arrangement
