Business Technology

The Technology group at ZS focuses on scalable strategies, digital assets, and accelerators that support enterprise-wide transformation. The team delivers technology-driven solutions that improve business processes, strengthen decision-making, and encourage innovation. Services include digital and technology advisory, product and platform development, and implementations across data, analytics, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with ZS internal teams and client teams to design and implement technology solutions that address business challenges.
• Analyze business problems in detail and translate them into effective technical designs.
• Develop and implement technical features using best practices within the selected technology stack.
• Support development activities during technology implementation for client engagements and contribute to effective problem resolution.
• Follow appropriate development methodologies such as agile, waterfall, system integration testing, mid‑development reviews, embedded QA processes, and unit testing.
• Assist team members in preparing detailed project implementation plans.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to accurately interpret and deliver business requirements.

Required Skills and Background

• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.
• Programming knowledge in languages such as Python.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into technology-driven solutions.
• Exposure to Big Data concepts and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with productivity tools including co-pilot or SQL generation tools.
• Willingness to travel when required for collaboration with clients or project teams.
