• Gather and analyze business and regulatory requirements to support product development and improvements.
• Translate client needs into clear and actionable specifications for engineering and product teams.
• Assist with the implementation of automated reporting solutions while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Work with stakeholders to enhance workflows and improve data quality across platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify innovation opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful product adoption.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• Ability to deliver high quality output in a structured and disciplined manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle for securities, exchange traded products, and OTC derivatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is desirable.
• Ability to learn quickly, listen actively, and take initiative.
