In this role, you will convert regulatory and client requirements into well defined product specifications. The position works alongside product, engineering, and client teams to improve data quality, automate reporting workflows, and accelerate time to compliance. Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and regulatory requirements to support product development and improvements.
- Translate client needs into clear and actionable specifications for engineering and product teams.
- Assist with the implementation of automated reporting solutions while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Work with stakeholders to enhance workflows and improve data quality across platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify innovation opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful product adoption.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to deliver high quality output in a structured and disciplined manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of the trade lifecycle for securities, exchange traded products, and OTC derivatives.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is desirable.
- Ability to learn quickly, listen actively, and take initiative.
