Job Description

The role supports Wholesale Onboarding operations through daily processing, review activities, reporting, and issue resolution. The analyst works with internal teams and clients to ensure onboarding processes meet regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Purpose of the Role

Assist Wholesale Onboarding teams with operational tasks including KYC processing, quality checks, reporting, and resolution of onboarding issues. The role contributes to maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day Wholesale Onboarding activities including KYC processing, review activities, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Work with clients and front office teams to collect Customer Due Diligence documentation required for onboarding or KYC refresh activities.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams across the bank to align and integrate onboarding processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and recommend process enhancements.
  • Help develop and implement onboarding procedures and operational controls that reduce risk and maintain efficiency.
  • Create reports and presentations related to onboarding performance and share insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry developments and support the adoption of best practices in onboarding operations.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.

Analyst Expectations

  • Provide specialist support and guidance to meet stakeholder and customer requirements.

  • Build working relationships with stakeholders to understand and address operational needs.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced Excel experience.

  • Understanding of process improvement and control frameworks.
