About the Role

Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited is seeking fresh graduates to join as Azure/AWS DevOps Engineer - Analyst in Hyderabad. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational cloud and DevOps skills while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in routine setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure/AWS resources under guidance from senior engineers.
• Support basic user access requests including creation, modification, or deletion of cloud accounts.
• Document troubleshooting steps for simple cloud issues such as VM startup failures or quota limits.
• Participate in cloud deployment processes and team meetings to understand project requirements.
• Maintain process documentation including installation guides, FAQs, and runbooks.
• Perform daily health checks of cloud services using dashboards, alerts, and scripts.
• Learn and practice DevOps basics including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation tasks.
• Attend training sessions and seek mentorship from experienced colleagues.
• Promptly report any issues or anomalies to the responsible team members.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts including servers, storage, and networking.
• Interest in learning Azure or AWS platforms and exploring cloud consoles.
• Good communication skills in English for collaboration and documentation.
• Proactive approach to learning and following standard operating procedures.
• Organizational skills and ability to follow checklists.
• Knowledge of security auditing policies and authorizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

0-1 year of professional experience. Internships, academic projects, or certifications related to cloud platforms or scripting are considered a plus.
