Job Summary
ASSA ABLOY is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Web Developer to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will design, develop, modify, and implement software solutions, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and participate in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, coding, testing, reviews, deployment, and maintenance.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation for analysis and user training.
- Stay open to learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Be flexible to extend work hours for meetings, status updates, and urgent issue resolutions when required.
- Follow established project processes to ensure quality deliverables.
- Work towards achieving performance and personal development goals.
- Comply with organizational guidelines, practices, and processes.
Education
Preferred undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
Fresher or up to 1 year of programming experience in C#/.NET/ReactJS.
Technical Skills
- Primary: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS
- Good to have: Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio 2022
Additional Skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of programming concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies is a plus.
