Job Overview
Notified is seeking a motivated Associate Systems Administrator to join our Application Management Group (AMG) - DevOps team in Bangalore, India. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our production infrastructure and applications through 24/7 monitoring and first-line technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues on a 24/7 basis, including incident tracking and resolution.
- Work in a rotational shift model (three shifts per day) covering 6 am–3 pm IST, 1 pm–10 pm IST, and 9 pm–6 am IST, five days a week.
- Collect, maintain, and distribute key metrics related to system reliability and performance.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle, contributing to application releases, monitoring setup, and cloud infrastructure build-outs.
- Manage and maintain support and observability toolsets.
- Facilitate communication between development, QA, product management, technical operations, and business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain support documentation, run books, monitoring setups, and knowledge bases.
- Automate operational tasks using tools such as Python, Terraform, and PowerShell.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Relevant technology certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Work Model
- Hybrid work environment with on-site presence required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
- Cab pick-up and drop-off services available for office days.
