Job Overview
L&T Technology Services is conducting its FY 26 Off-Campus Drive to hire fresh graduates for the role of Associate Engineer Trainee. This opportunity is open to candidates from Mechanical and Electrical engineering backgrounds.
Compensation & Training Structure
- Annual CTC: ₹4,00,100
- Training Period: Up to 15 months
- First 3 months: Classroom training with a stipend of ₹25,000/month (Internship phase)
- Next 12 months: On-the-job training as Associate Engineer
Job Locations
Positions are available across multiple locations in India, including Mysore, Vadodara, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Delhi. Final posting will be determined by business needs and management discretion.
Bond Agreement
Selected candidates will be required to sign an undertaking/bond of ₹2 Lakhs for a duration of 2 years and 9 months.

- Willingness to relocate as per company requirements
