Job Overview

Diebold Nixdorf is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Business Analyst to work closely with sales, product, and other stakeholders to design, improve, and implement customer-focused engagement and service delivery processes. The role involves analyzing and interpreting customer requirements, ensuring effective process execution, and contributing to high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply business analysis concepts, practices, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and areas of improvement.
• Assist in evaluating systems, identifying gaps, and proposing enhancements.
• Support planning and execution of improvement-focused projects.
• Document project steps, expected outcomes, and anticipated business impact.
• Assist in identifying and resolving issues.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to the team and management.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken business English.
