About the Role
United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Analyst - Operations Performance and Analytics to join our Gurugram team. This position supports the Air Operations group by gathering data, conducting analyses, building dashboards, preparing executive reports, and assisting in ad-hoc decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality dashboards, tools, and reports for leadership and operational teams.
- Automate manual reports and processes to improve efficiency.
- Curate and maintain operational data tables as a single source of truth.
- Build predictive models and analyze results to provide actionable insights.
- Design meaningful metrics to monitor operational health and guide decision-making.
- Document data landscape and maintain report inventories.
- Prepare presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of data structures and transformations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and legal authorization to work in India without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA.
- Familiarity with the complete data ecosystem.
- Exposure to statistical and analytical methods.
- Experience with JavaScript, D3, HTML, CSS, or front-end development.
