The Americas and EMEA RFP & Global Databases team works to position Invesco as a preferred provider for prospective and existing clients. The team manages large volumes of deadline driven work and handles multiple phases of the proposal process.
Responsibilities include maintaining and updating product information in consultant and third party databases used to screen Invesco products. The team collaborates with subject matter experts from Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, and Operations to source and maintain accurate information.
Information is delivered to clients through different formats such as RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, PQQs, QCQs, database profiles, digital platform submissions, and industry surveys.
The Associate Analyst supports multiple phases of the due diligence process for digital platforms and recurring client due diligence questionnaires (DDQs). The role involves researching, drafting, editing, and preparing responses related to Invesco's global product offerings.
This position is designed as a progressive role where the analyst gradually builds expertise in the DDQ process and develops a deeper understanding of Invesco's investment products.
The role follows a hybrid work model. Employees work with their manager to create a schedule that includes at least three days per week in the office and up to two days working outside an Invesco office.
