Job Overview
Ecolab is seeking an enthusiastic Associate AI/ML Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI-powered applications. This role involves working closely with AI engineering teams to create intelligent, production-ready solutions using advanced AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and deployment of GenAI-driven applications, agent-based workflows, and services integrated with large language models.
- Work hands-on with foundational AI APIs, vector databases, and embedding models.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI outputs for various business use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with production requirements.
- Assist in testing, debugging, and refining AI models and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and natural language processing.
- Familiarity with Python and AI/ML frameworks.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Knowledge of AI APIs and vector database systems
- Prompt engineering and model fine-tuning
