Overview
Job Description:
The Associate Web Developer will provide technical expertise, develop and implement process improvements, and upgrade Medeco’s existing internal database applications. This role involves designing and developing web applications, enhancing database solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into detailed software specifications.
- Assist in developing specifications for database enhancements.
- Design and develop feature-rich, intuitive web applications, including web page designs, user interfaces, and form management.
- Develop programming interfaces to integrate with other applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Perform thorough testing of web applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Manage large datasets, optimize queries, and develop data export solutions (CSV, PDF, etc.).
- Provide IT support for customer experience initiatives as required.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of programming experience in C#/.NET/React.js.
Preferred Technologies & Skills:
- Experience with MVC frameworks and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular, Blazor, or similar.
- Experience with UI tools such as Bootstrap.
- Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile project management techniques is an added advantage.
- Proficient in using web-based tools, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
