About the Role
- Registered as an Apprentice under the Apprenticeship Act via a tripartite agreement with Deloitte, the candidate, and a government agency.
- One-year probation period with potential confirmation based on training and performance.
- Work across diverse technical platforms and skills, with possible shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Collaborate with global clients to understand processes, identify problems, and deliver practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders via meetings, video calls, and emails to gather requirements.
- Suggest and implement process improvements.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Work independently and in teams, managing priorities effectively.
- Maintain quality standards and professionalism.
- Ability to code in any programming language and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science, allied streams, IT, or Circuital branches.
- M.E./M.Tech. (including integrated 5-year programs) in Computer Science, allied streams, or IT.
- MCA in Computer Science or IT-related fields.
- Graduation year: 2026.
- Minimum aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA with no active backlogs.
- Applicants must not have applied to any Deloitte US - India profile in the last six months.
Compensation
Annual salary of ₹4 Lakh plus variable benefits.
