Job Description

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand requirements and propose the best possible solution for application-based projects.
• Submit quality offers on time in coordination with BDMs, internal and external sales teams, legal team, PMO, and factory PSQs.
• Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers, business partners, and distributors.
• Attend pre and post order technical meetings with sales, PMO, product management, and BDMs where applicable.
• Keep CRM data updated regularly.
• Review project requirements accurately and seek clarifications and approvals from collaborators before submitting offers.
• Ensure timely offer submission and compliance with DOA (Delegation of Authority) process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to set priorities and multitask.
• Demonstrated teamwork or ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and assertive, able to manage complex situations under pressure.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Desired Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering (BE/B-Tech Graduate).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of isolation valve products, actuators, and instrument components is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of destructive and non-destructive testing is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of metallurgy, material science, and fluid mechanics is an added advantage.
