About the Role
IQVIA is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for a 1-year internship program in Application Implementation and Application Support & Services. This opportunity is part of the AI and Technology Solutions (ATS) division, encompassing Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing applications across various product offerings including Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA.
- Provide application support services, ensuring timely resolution of issues with minimal operational disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in application testing and validation to meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to application implementation and support.
- Monitor application performance and suggest improvements.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Recent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of application implementation and support processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA product offerings.
- Experience in application testing and validation.
- Programming skills and knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
