Position Overview
We are seeking an Analyst Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team. This division delivers secure, reliable, and resilient technology solutions to support over 300,000 EY professionals worldwide. You will play a key role in implementing innovative technologies and delivering high-quality IT products on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance technology solutions using Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET Framework, and SQL Server.
- Work on SharePoint farm coding, SSIS package development, and creation of Power BI/SSRS reports.
- Participate in Agile delivery cycles from sprint planning to release.
- Write robust, scalable code and scripts for custom components.
- Collaborate with technologists and business specialists to meet project goals.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Strong IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle using Agile methodology.
- Expertise in coding, testing, scripting, and creating custom components.
- Proven ability to deliver solutions on time with personal accountability.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong teamwork skills across diverse and distributed teams.
Required Technical Skills
- .NET (C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Windows Service)
- SharePoint (Server Object Model, JSOM/CSOM, REST API)
- Database (SQL Server, stored procedures, views, functions, T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS)
- Reporting (Power BI, Power Query, SSRS)
- Web Technologies (JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, NodeJS, AngularJS, HTTP REST calls)
Preferred Skills
- Project Server (JSOM/CSOM, REST API, PDPs, Project objects)
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Commitment to IT methodologies and standards
