Airport Ground Staff
Bluespirit, an airport ground handling company, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the team as Airport Ground Staff. The role focuses on supporting daily airport operations and assisting passengers to ensure smooth service throughout their travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and provide helpful customer support.
- Support baggage check-in procedures and assist with baggage handling.
- Carry out security checks and follow airport safety guidelines.
- Work with airport personnel to ensure flights depart and arrive on schedule.
- Address passenger concerns or complaints politely and professionally.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
- Follow all company policies and operational procedures.
- Complete additional duties assigned by the supervisor when required.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic airport environment.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting baggage when needed.
- Basic knowledge of computer usage.
- Previous aviation industry experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Must pass background verification and obtain airport security clearance.
