Your Mission
An internship titled System Engineer - Intern has opened at Airbus India in Bangalore. You will join the Digital Infrastructure & Platform department.
This is a 6-month internship, ideally starting in January 2027 (date subject to flexibility).
Your main responsibilities include:
- Performing root cause analysis for incidents and trend analysis for proactive measures
- Reporting in the Airbus defined template and completing all details
- Providing accessibility and analysis for RCA, L2 and L3 support
- Working on the ServiceNow tool
- Taking ownership of reported customer issues and driving them to resolution
- Following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Tracking issues to resolution within agreed timelines
- Guiding clients through a series of actions until resolution
- Providing accurate and prompt feedback to customers
- Prioritizing and managing several open issues at once
- Documenting technical knowledge as Knowledge Base articles
- Standardizing quality assurance procedures for software engineering, overseeing testing and developing fixes
Your tutor will help you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.
Skills You Will Develop
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Java, dotNet, scripting, Python and more
- Basic knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change Management and Knowledge Management
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Customer focus and proactive stakeholder management
