About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing employee queries received through the helpdesk ticket system. A key part of this role involves ensuring that all tickets are closed within the specified turnaround time (TAT).
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of MS Office, particularly Advanced MS Excel.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Exhibit proper email etiquette.
- Facilitate internal team coordination and data management.
