About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing employee queries received through the helpdesk ticket system. A key part of this role involves ensuring that all tickets are closed within the specified turnaround time (TAT).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of MS Office, particularly Advanced MS Excel.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Exhibit proper email etiquette.
• Facilitate internal team coordination and data management.
