About the Role

WTW is seeking talented graduates to join our 2026 Actuarial Analyst (Engineering) Graduate Program within the Insurance Consulting & Technology division. This role offers a stimulating and rewarding career path where you will work alongside experienced consultants and project managers, enhancing your actuarial expertise while developing client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and delivering automated solutions for reserve studies, pricing, and capital management activities.
  • Build a strong understanding of the insurance industry, data requirements, and processes for reserving, pricing, and capital management.
  • Gain proficiency in proprietary software solutions used for actuarial analysis.
  • Collaborate with consultants to gather and analyze client data, preparing comprehensive reports for review.
  • Work with cross-geographical teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by preparing proposals and presentations.

  • Financial and regulatory reporting across global markets.
  • Pricing and product development initiatives.
  • Embedded value and appraisal value calculations.
  • Actuarial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
  • Enterprise risk assessment and financial risk modelling.

Qualifications

  • Final year of graduation/post-graduation in Computer Science, Programming, or related fields, or experience with scripting languages (Python, C#, SQL preferred).
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Interest in actuarial science and commitment to progressing through actuarial exams.
