Project Role: Custom Software Engineer
Design, build, and configure applications that support business processes and application requirements.
As an Application Developer, you will work on the design, development, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business needs. Your day-to-day work includes collaborating with team members to understand project requirements, creating effective solutions, and ensuring applications run smoothly to support organizational goals.
You will also take part in discussions aimed at improving application performance and user experience while contributing within a collaborative team environment.

- Develop foundational knowledge while supporting the team on project tasks.
- Take part in problem-solving discussions with team members.
- Assist in building and implementing application features based on user requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional and Technical Skills
- Required: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and best practices is beneficial.
- Understanding of application development methods and related tools.
- Knowledge of database management and integration approaches.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
Additional Information
- 0-2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- The role is based at Accenture's Hyderabad office.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
