Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Solve customer cases through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate with global teams to reproduce and resolve complex issues.
Engage in strategic initiatives to improve processes and customer experiences.
Participate in training programs and share knowledge through tutorials and articles.
Work on high-impact customer problems that span multiple AWS services.

Preferred Skills:

Basics in operating systems (Linux/Unix), networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and database concepts.
Exposure to cloud computing and related technologies.
Strong customer focus and multitasking abilities.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
A self-starter with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
