About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions. The role involves creating interactive reports, building insightful dashboards, and empowering data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
Perform ETL operations to integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI.
Create DAX queries for complex calculations and business logic.
Optimize Power BI reports for performance and responsiveness.
Assist in building and enhancing data models for accurate reporting.
Implement row-level security (RLS) and ensure data security.
Troubleshoot issues related to reports, dashboards, and data sources.
Provide user training and support for Power BI usage.
Stay updated with Power BI features and industry trends to enhance BI capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and reporting.
Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
Ability to design user-friendly and interactive dashboards.
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
Knowledge of Power Query for data transformation and cleaning.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
