About the Role
WS Audiology is a global leader in the hearing aid industry, dedicated to improving the quality of life for millions of people. As an Associate Engineer, you will work with a passionate team of professionals to build secure, scalable, and reliable remote fitting solutions that enable WS Audiology to deliver exceptional remote care to its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from backlog refinement to deployment
- Apply software engineering best practices including code reviews and testing
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using unit and integration tests
- Gain hands-on experience in cloud services, mobile, or frontend projects
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of software development experience (freshers eligible)
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and SOLID principles
- Academic or personal project experience in .NET / C#
- Eagerness to learn about Azure, Microservices, mobile development (MAUI, Android, iOS), and React
