Job Description

This role is for an Associate in Accounts Payable operations, working on-site on rotational shifts. Candidates should have a sound accounting background, good communication skills and flexibility to work in all shifts.

• Manage and resolve queries efficiently as per process guidelines.
• Escalate issues to the supervisor based on materiality and complexity.
• Prepare process-related reports.
• Prioritize tasks, including escalated query handling.
• Resolve queries involving inter-team dependencies, such as invoice status and payments.
• Handle high-value billing and other priority transactions with urgency.
• Update daily count sheets and trackers accurately.
• Work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
